Celebrate World Chocolate Day!
Apparently tomorrow (July 7th) is World Chocolate Day, but honestly, I thought that was every day? Still, I’ll take any excuse to lean into the good stuff - dark, milk, melted, baked, or just straight from the bar.
If you're in the mood to celebrate (or need a reason to make a small batch of my gluten free brownies on a Monday), here are a few chocolate-heavy recipes worth revisiting.
Gluten Free Chocolate Bundt Cake: THIS recipe is a crowd favorite. It's moist, tender and ultra-chocolatey. And it stays like that for days.... if you can even hold on to it for that long.
Gluten Free Chocolate Cheesecake: This Gluten Free Chocolate Cheesecake recipe is every chocolate lover's dream come true. A gluten-free chocolate cookie crust, creamy chocolate filling, dark chocolate ganache, and topped with whipped chocolate topping.
Gluten Free Chocolate Crinkle Cookies: They may look like a holiday cookie, but these gluten-free, dairy-free chocolate treats are an all-year kind of thing.
Gluten Free Chocolate Mug Cake: This easy gluten free chocolate mug cake recipe takes just minutes to prepare, bakes in the microwave, and delivers a rich, warm, and indulgent treat - like a cozy hug in a mug.

Before I let you go on with your Sunday, may I ask for a favor? Could you take a minute and pin your favorite recipe to Pinterest? You can do that right from my website. It’s super easy and helps Food Bloggers like me a LOT, especially with the ongoing growth of fake, AI-generated websites. THANK YOU!
Happy Sunday and Happy Baking!
