Gluten Free Cinnamon Roll Focaccia
It appears to me that all the cool kids are making Cinnamon Roll Focaccia right now, so I just had to jump on that wagon and add a Gluten Free version to my website. It is a delicious, sweet twist on my classic gluten free focaccia bread. It combines the soft, airy texture of gluten free focaccia with the rich, gooey cinnamon sugar filling of cinnamon rolls.
I love how simple yet indulgent this bake is. This recipe skips the extra fuss, unlike traditional cinnamon rolls, which require rolling, filling, and shaping. Instead, the cinnamon-sugar filling is layered between the dough, creating pockets of caramelized goodness throughout. Plus, the dimpled surface of the focaccia provides the perfect little wells for melted butter and cinnamon to settle into. Top it off with a drizzle of sour cream glaze, and you have a treat that’s both rustic and utterly decadent.
This Gluten-Free Cinnamon Roll Focaccia is perfect for a cozy weekend brunch, a sweet afternoon pick-me-up, or even as a unique dessert. The perfect snow day treat if you ask me.
I use Caputo Fioreglut for this recipe. As mentioned before, I found the best price for this flour is via Brickovenbaker.com (they often have coupons, free shipping over $35 and if you use a lot of Caputo, the 4 pack is the best deal!)
