Let’s get one thing straight - if I can start my day with something that tastes like dessert and keeps me full for hours, I’m absolutely going to do it. Enter: Gluten Free Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats. They’re creamy, tangy, a little sweet, and packed with that nostalgic dessert energy… without actually being cheesecake for breakfast (though I wouldn’t turn that down either).
What Makes These Overnight Oats Taste Like Cheesecake? It’s the combo of cream cheese and Greek yogurt that really brings that cheesecake tang. The oats soak everything up overnight and turn incredibly creamy. Stir in a touch of vanilla and maple syrup, and you’re in full dessert-for-breakfast territory.
I like to top them with crushed homemade Gluten Free Graham Crackers before serving for a little extra crunch and of course, extra strawberries.
This is one of those recipes flexible enough to make your own. Swap strawberries for raspberries. Use dairy-free cream cheese and yogurt if you need to. Skip the Graham Cracker topping… or don’t. And yes, you can add a scoop of protein powder to them if that’s your thing.
